What I Do
If your brand feels unclear, your content is not landing, or your social feels inconsistent, I help you fix the root of it.

Brand + Narrative Strategy
Brand + Narrative Strategy
Executive Thought Leadership
Culture-Led Audience Building
I help you clarify what your brand stands for, sharpen your positioning, and turn complex ideas into messaging people understand, trust, and remember.
I help you build content systems that connect your business goals with what your audience actually cares about across social, web, email, and campaigns.
I help you turn founder, CEO, and leadership expertise into clear, credible content that builds authority without sounding manufactured.
I help you translate internet culture, fandom, creator behavior, and community signals into brand strategy that feels relevant without chasing trends.
I’ve worked with brands as a strategist, collaborator, and creator, bringing perspective from both sides of the work. These partnerships span client engagements, brand collaborations, and creator relationships built on trust, clarity, and real-world performance.

Trusted across strategy and creation.

Meet the
Goth Marketer
Hi, I'm Diandra (Dee-on-druh) Lazor (Lay-zer)
People always ask what “the goth marketer” means.
It’s not about working with goth brands.
It’s about how I think.
I don’t create difference for the sake of it.
I build from what’s already true and make it impossible to ignore.
I started as a creator and community builder before I ever had a marketing title.
Internet culture, fandom, and early social platforms taught me how people actually connect, how identity spreads, and what makes something stick.
Strategy came later. Instinct came first.
Now I use both.
I work with brands to find what makes them distinct, shape how they show up, and turn that into content people pay attention to.
Most of the time, I’m brought in when things feel unclear, inconsistent, or stuck.
That’s where I do my best work.
